Named after Victor Erice's seminal film, decorated with cinematic posters and popular with long-haired soulful types returning from the nearby Filmoteca. Juan, the friendly and efficient owner, offers an interesting selection of raciones: try ropa vieja (shredded beef, Cuban style) with thinly sliced, fried potatoes or 'Arabian' lentils.

A must-visit spot for fans of Pedro Almodóvar, and a favorite local bar of his. The tavern walls are lined with posters of the Spanish filmmakers pictures, including "Hable Con Ella" in which the historic Cine Doré is featured, which is located just around the corner. The huevos rotos are incredible, especially after a night of drinking, and the moussaka is exquisite. Perfect for an afternoon meal or a glass of tinto. Beautiful wine list of regional reds. Cozy.
