Hanso Café

This is one of our favourite cafés in Malasaña. In the style of other spots in the area, Hanso's decor is a mix of industrial and vintage, with an Asian touch, a big table meant to be shared with others enjoying their spectacular coffees and breakfasts. Here they fawn over their speciality coffee, and you can order it filtered. Fresh milk and knowledgeable baristas complete the perfect pack for lovers of good coffee. While you're there, also try their spongy cakes, their bagels, salads, and choose from a long list of toasts with butter and jam, tomato, hummus, pesto, and loads of other combinations with avocado (caprese, with egg, with salmon, etc.).
