La Palmera

The tiles in this tiny, crowded bar date back to its opening at the beginning of the last century, and have featured in various magazines. For years it lay in terminal decline, until it was bought in the late 1990s by a long-term regular. It almost exclusively serves vermouth and beer, along with pretty decent food, including a pincho of omelette. Gets crowded at weekends.
