Modelled somewhat kitschly on the Alhambra, this bar plays hosts to authentic Gypsy flamenco and a faithful in-crowd, managing to absorb the tour parties without spoiling the mood. The paella and the Rioja veal are, like the flamenco, rich and satisfying.
