An elegant shrine to Isadora Duncan, with a chequered floor, marble-topped tables and an eerie collection of prints of 'that scarf', alongside frequently changing exhibitions. Along with a range of patxaráns, many of them own-made, is a list of 'aguas'; cocktails made with cava. Agua de Valencia is the original and best, featuring orange juice, gin, Cointreau and vodka.
