A delight for design aficionados, the Hotel Puerta America takes creativity and innovation to the next level. Each room has a completely different style, colour and general decor (and depending on availabilities you can pick whichever you like upon arrival). The only common thread across the rooms is a daring design, which defies everything that comes to mind when you think of a traditional hotel. The rooms are futuristic, yet cozy, the bathtubs and showers amazing, and the views (especially if you get lucky with a top floor room) better than those of most rooftop bars. The service is great and the food tasty, you can try out the prompt room service or head on up to an impressive rooftop seafood restaurant with equally impressive views over Madrid. There’s no way you could go wrong by choosing this designer hotel for your next Spanish city break.
