She Makes Noise

La Casa Encendida presents the third edition of the She Makes Noise festival, an annual event that aims to give more visibility to the work of women in the world of electronic and experimental music – women who make dark and powerful noise. This multidisciplinary event envelopes politics, fun, aesthetics, and all with a clear conviction that this crossing of paths generates the most integrated and interesting discussions. The festival grows bigger each year, and this year you can check out six musical performances, a film cycle, a workshop and an audiovisual performance. The concerts are by Elysia Crampton, Nídia with Nkisi & Deena Abdelwahed, Ectoplasm Girls + Puce Mary, and Raquel Meyers.
