This is one of the five Elcano establishments in Madrid, specialised in Basque-style pinchos. Here you can try a gilda (white anchovies, peppers and green olives) or a tapa of Idiazábal cheese, as well as more typically Spanish dishes like potato omelette, veal cheeks with a reduction of Ribera del Duero wine and oxtail meatballs. There is also a daily set menu to suit all budgets.
