La Manduca de Azagra
Roland Halbe

This Navarran brasserie is highly regarded by consumers and critics alike. Fittingly, seasonal vegetables are the stars of the menu and their pimientos de cristal are worthy of a pilgrimage. The decor, by architect Francisco Mangado, is equally outstanding.
