Manuel Domínguez and Pedro Espinosa work together on a cuisine that places the focus on creativity and updating tradition. Substance and form come together at this restaurant with two floors. The tasting menu (with or without wine pairing) is a good way to get an introduction to their work.

Manuel Dominguez has done it. His first Michelin star has arrived, and deservedly so. Lua was completely refurbished last year with two distinct ambiences in its two floors: upstairs is casual and tall tables for a "tapas menu" and downstairs is the proper restaurant where to savour sophisticated cuisine d'auteur . From Pulpo da feira (octopus) typical of his Galician upbringing to mollejas de cordero o rabo de toro to mention few delicacies. The service is excellent too.
If you are lucky (or know someone, hush, hush) Manuel has a private lounge by the kitchen for intimate events and special guests. A treat.
