Giant photos of a birch forest cover the windows and one wall, and in the middle is a traditional sushi bar with little boats floating round a stream from which you can pluck whatever you fancy. The menu incorporates the house Summa roll of salmon, avocado and crab and a great matzuzaki roll of tuna, plaice, squid, salmon, avocado and cheese in nori seaweed, and is fused with things Mediterranean. The all-you-can-eat lunch buffet takes some beating.
