The restaurant Ambigú, which one finds in the locality of Alcala of Mowing meadows, is born of the idea of two young cooks who join to give form to a project enthusiast. This restaurant, of modern, informal cut, of hot and cozy environment, offers them a kitchen elaborated with the best raw material and executed well it does that it is a perfect combination to offer the better thing to the client of us. Ambigú offers them a travelling kitchen, of here and of there, trying to look always for the balance to fuse the better of every country, without losing the essence of our flavors of always.
