La Máquina, a group with a large number of establishments in the city, set up this restaurant near the C.T.B.A. business complex, made up of four towers in Paseo de la Castellana. On offer are tempting adaptations of traditional Spanish and, especially, Asturian, dishes such as cachopo, fillets in cabrales cheese and tocino de cielo for dessert.
