This restaurant, led by Etienne Bastaits, is perhaps the main, and most interesting, ambassador of Belgian cuisine in the city. The food is seductive and pleasant and proves that there is more to Belgium than mussels, Tintin and chocolate. Their first establishment, a brasseries, is still open at Calle Martín de los Heros 36.
