The restaurant Chilkano, which is in the acquaintance Carabanchel's neighborhood of Madrid, offers them a Peruvian kitchen with influences of 5 continents, turning this way into obliged stop of the cosmopolitan, eager public for exploring and to discover new experiences for his palate. This restaurant is born of the experience proposing a letter orientated in fished and seafood, complemented by the most representative saucers of the Creole tradition, always with the touch of the house. To accompany to the table, Chilkano proposes the Grappa, a distilled cigar of grape with name of Peruvian origin, and whose qualities already are a topic of conversation in many bars.
