Creamy almogrote on toast, ‘choquitos’ cuttlefish, perfectly cooked ‘papas arrugadas’ potatoes with mojo sauces… Gofio serves some of the best cuisine from the Canary Islands, right in the centre of Madrid. Under the leadership of the young chef Safe Cruz, the menu walks us through daring island cuisine with an added flair. You can choose between two highly curated tasting menus – the Gofio or the Canariedad Máxima – but no matter what you eat, there will be plenty of beer (Dorada and Tropical) to go around.
