La Vascomadrileña is found in the Business Park of Las Rozas (Madrid) a few meters from the shopping centre Heron City Las Rozas. This bar and restaurant offers a wide variety of tapas and typical dishes which, as its name suggests, combine the Basque tradition in the development of their tapas with the influence of the Madrid area. Its cuisine reflects the best flavors of our geography, with particular attention to the cuisine of Euskadi. From its culinary offer its stands out the wide range of tapas inspired by the classic proposal of Basque bars, such as green piquillo peppers stuffed with cod or red piquillo stuffed beef and bechamel. They also make rations following the typical recipes of Euskadi as the squid to txacolí.
