Everything about Taj promises serious curry - from the jingly-jangly muzak to the fanned linen napkins and plastic flowers. The menu includes all the usuals, but the degustación of samosa, pakora, tandoori chicken, lamb curry, pilau and naan is a good bet. Try to get the curries picante (hot), though the waiters may decide that that can't be what you really mean and give you medio anyway. Desserts are a bit limited and the decor slightly naff, which is curiously reassuring.
