A boutique bakery that has maintained practically the same decor since it first opened back in 1830. During this time its master craftsmen have continued to make their famous bartolillos, pastries and Russian cakes, to the delight of all who pass by the shop. Their puff pastry is rated by many as the best in Madrid.
