Time Out says

If you're a fan of flamenco, here's your chance to spend a very special New Year's Eve surrounded by the clacking of dancing heels. If money's no object, El Corral de la Morería has got a spectacular dinner with open bar and two shows under the direction of Ángel Rojas for €295 a person. Highlights among the dishes you can try are the deconstructed stew with free-range egg yolk cooked at 63 degrees and served atop 'ropa vieja', a type of shredded beef in tomato sauce; cream of carrot soup with Madrid stew broth; and sauteed lobster. For those with slightly tighter budgets, book a table in the Quimera café. They have a Christmas-season menu with a vegetarian option for about €62. Paco Orellana and CIA and Enrique Torres will take care of the live music until dawn.
