¡Viva Canarias!

A great thing about the Madrileños is we like a bit of everything... and we end up bringing it all home with us. This is the case with Carnival in the Canary Islands, which we all watch glued to our TV sets. If you're not able for a trip there to see it live, you can get close in this bar. On Saturday 14 they celebrate Carnival with a costume contest, there will be party favours for all the guests, and the dance group Dittirambo will put on a show for you. And there will be rum and beer straight from the Canaries. On Sunday 15 the festivities focus on the Carnival in La Palma with products that are typical from there.
