Margot Natural Wine Bar

Margot is the bright and airy wine bar from Bar Lab, the team behind the nationally acclaimed cocktail bar Broken Shaker. Set to open in 2020, it had a soft launch as a pop-up in Nikki Beach before opening in its permanent space at the Ingraham Building in downtown June of 2021. Margot specializes in low-intervention and natural wine, offering about 75 different bottles, as well as low-ABV cocktails. Chef Jimmy Lebron (of 27 Restaurant) created a small menu of wine-friendly bites to pair.
