East, Miami’s sexy cocktail den flies under the radar—a well-kept a secret from the public for most of its existence. Its moody Asian decor and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a 180-degree view of Downtown and Brickell privy only to those in the know. Now the 40th-floor lounge (it’s adjacent to rooftop mecca Sugar), which was previously only open for private events, hosts one of the best brunches in the city. Available Thursday through Sunday, the Asian night brunch is a five-course meal you customize from a short list of options and pair with your choice of bottomless champagne, sake, wine or beer. Things go back to normal at 10pm, when service is strictly cocktails—delicious, spirit-forward ones—and a DJ set kicks off till 2am.
