Next Wednesday, the French soccer club Paris Saint-Germain will face off against the Italian studs of Juventus at the Hard Rock Stadium for a highly anticipated international match. In honor of that game, Coyo Taco has teamed up with Paris Saint-Germain to launch a special week-long food truck that will be rolling around Miami now through July 25.
In honor of its French partners, the Coyo truck will be slinging French-inspired tacos, like the La Parisienne, a combination of duck confit, orange kumquat marmalade, pasilla Oaxaca, Grand Marnier and salsa borracha; and the Paris Sud, a taco filled with seared shrimp, ratatouille, basil pipian and provencal pico de gallo. Each limited edition taco will be $9 each and comes with two per order. The food truck menu will also include Coyo staples from the original menu.
