Another day, another reason to day drink

This time, it's beloved champagne brand Veuve Clicquot supplying the booze and giving the city a reason to party. Veuve's third-annual carnaval-themed bash—in honor of the Brazilian festival that takes place every year in Rio just before Lent—returns to Museum Park. Expect a full day of samba dancing, champagne swigging and celebrity spotting, as this year's shortlist of confirmed guests includes Victoria's Secret model Adriana Lima.

In addition to the signature yellow label and rosé varieties on sale (champagne isn't included in the price of admission, sorry), carnaval will debut the brand's newest champagne, Veuve Cliquot Rich—created for mixing and blending with other flavors. As for pairing your champagne, local food trucks will be on hand selling all sorts of bubble-friendly bites.

Tickets are on sale now and include one-day admission to the Pérez Art Museum redeemable for up to one year.

Museum Park, 1075 Biscayne Blvd (vccarnaval.com). Mar 4 at 1pm; $35.
