SkinSpirit at Miami Worldcenter marks the first Florida outpost of the West Coast-born chain of luxury medical aesthetics clinics. Founded in 2003 by two Stanford alumni, it has since expanded to encompass more than 60 locations across the United States and is known as a premier provider of Botox and dermal fillers, along with high-tech facials, skin rejuvenation and body treatments.

The Miami outpost is in the heart of Downtown Miami’s ultra-modern redevelopment zone, nestled on the plaza level amid sleek skyscrapers and freshly manicured sidewalks. Stepping inside SkinSpirit feels immediately upscale, with a reception area bathed in natural light and a calming palette of creamy tones, marble and brass. After a friendly greeting and a thorough intake form, you’ll be ushered back to one of the beautifully appointed private treatment rooms.

Rather than another errand in your maintenance routine, a treatment at SkinSpirit feels like checking in at a five-star hotel spa for an hour or two of true self-care. Depending on what you’ve booked, you may be asked to swap your clothes for a plush robe before tucking into the heated treatment bed. Providers are exceptionally warm and professional, ready to walk you through the process, answer any questions that may come up or offer personalized feedback and analyses along the way.

Treatments can be booked à la carte or as packages—there’s currently no membership model at SkinSpirit.
