We did the homework for you: From luxury beachside rituals to deep-tissue steals, here is exactly where to book this season.

Miami Spa Months are back, which means from July 1 through August 31, treatments and therapies at some of the city’s top spas are more accessible than any other time of year. Aching for a little stress relief? There’s an aromatherapy massage for that. Summer skin thirsty for some hydration? Perhaps a full-body scrub and mud mask is in order. Or maybe you’ve been curious to try out that trendy new laser treatment.
From Coral Gables up to Sunny Isles, the best Miami spas are eager to get their hands on you, offering discounts as deep as 40%. Ranging from $109 to $199, these Spa Months treatments aren’t exactly cheap, but if you do a little homework, there are major deals to be scored this season. Here are our picks for the Miami Spa Months specials that are actually worth it. Go ahead and book that treatment—you deserve it.
The spa: This expansive spa is nestled within the Morris Lapidus-designed Art Moderne jewel that is The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. Located 1 Lincoln Road, it’s right in the heart of the action but blissfully tucked away, featuring 11 treatment rooms, a co-ed relaxation lounge, separate male and female lounges, locker rooms and steam and sauna facilities.
The treatment: We tried the Coconut Radiance Ritual ($159, 50 minutes), a relaxing customized treatment that incorporates a coconut crème back scrub to exfoliate, followed by a calming back, shoulder, neck and scalp massage with coconut oil. Treatments include full access to the spa and its amenities, as well as beach access with one chair and towel setup per person, complimentary valet parking and a complimentary welcome mocktail. Available daily
The spa: Healing Hands simplifies the spa experience by offering the signature “All-Inclusive Massage,” which allows you to pay a fixed price based on your time on the table, regardless of any add-ons or modalities you request from your therapist along the way. Owned by award-winning massage therapist Anastasia Yecke, this popular spa also offers a range of effective facials, chair massages and couples massages.
The treatment: The luxurious Miami-Dade Favorites Gold Medal Massage ($109, 75 minutes) is an incredible deal. It includes deep-tissue work (if desired), hot stones, three soothing aromatherapy blends, therapeutic stretching, an ice-globe facial treatment, and a relaxing scalp and foot massage. Treatments also include complimentary two-hour parking validation upon request Monday through Thursday. (The regular parking rate for two hours is $10.) Available daily
The spa: With a sparkling ocean view, the 20,000-square-foot Aqualina Spa by ESPA is a welcome retreat in Sunny Isles. The beautifully appointed thermal circuit recently added a cold plunge experience, and the separate women's and men's changing rooms and lounges are among the most spacious and well-stocked we've seen. A small, spa-themed food menu will fuel you post-treatment as you take advantage of the private spa pool and lounges.
The treatment: Most “full body” massages spend the least amount of time on some of our hardest-working parts. The Summer Opulence Ritual ($159, 60 minutes) remedies this, focusing exclusively on the hands, scalp and feet. Expect to leave feeling restored and radiant, especially after time well spent in the Finnish sauna, crystal steam room and Roman waterfall Jacuzzi. Bring a swimsuit and pool attire to fully enjoy the spa facilities. Available Sunday to Friday
The spa: Up on the 10th floor of the shiny new Gale Miami Hotel & Residence in Downtown, the sleek and modern Gale Wellness Spa boasts a hammam, steam room, sauna, men’s and women’s locker rooms and five treatment rooms, along with an expansive fitness center with a full schedule of classes including spin, Pilates and more.
The treatment: The Skyline Recovery Ritual ($159, 50 minutes) begins with a deeply relaxing full-body Swedish massage with aromatherapy followed by a cooling foot recovery ritual using CBD cream and warm towels to revive tired feet. Champagne of the Sea is applied to the back as a bubbling marine mud compress, helping release muscular tension while gently detoxifying and energizing the body during the treatment. Treatments also include access to the spa amenities, pool, fitness classes on the day of your appointment and two hours of complimentary parking validation. Available daily
The spa: The ethos at this local chain of spa boutiques is personalized, goals-driven facials performed with clean skincare products. The studio space embodies this as well: the artfully curated retail shop is an earthy palette of terracotta and linen, while the private treatment rooms double down on the zen vibes with dim lighting and a playlist you’ll immediately want to save to your Spotify. It all sets the scene for your healer to perform their magic—leaving your skin glowy, hydrated and healthy.
The treatment: The SuperGlow Facial+ Exosome Infusion Lip Ritual ($159, 80 minutes) combines all the benefits of Sana’s Signature 50 facial with the addition of a brightening peel, lymphatic and lifting massage, contouring gua sha, customized mask with décolleté, sculpting microcurrent and a dose of oxygen. It also includes the multi-step Exosome Infusion Lip Ritual, which uses gentle exfoliation, collagen-stimulating technology, and regenerative ingredients to hydrate, smooth, and plump the lips. Treatments come with a ceremonial-grade hot matcha tea to start and a sparkling Perrier to finish. Available daily
The spa: Leave it to Ian Schrager to design a spa that feels both sacred and sexy. Plan to spend some time in the Relaxation Lounge, a moody spot to unwind before and after your treatments. The staff will offer you spa water or tea—and even bring you a glass of champagne or martini, should the mood strike.
The treatment: The 50-Minute Customized Massage ($199) is a relaxing, light-to-medium-pressure treatment enhanced with your choice of hot stones or a soothing scalp ritual for deeper relaxation and renewed vitality. Treatments include full spa access, featuring separate men’s and women’s locker rooms, steam rooms, showers, lockers, plush robes and sandals, along with beach access with one lounge chair, umbrella and towel setup per person, discounted valet parking ($20) and a complimentary glass of prosecco. Available daily
The spa: The Carillon is the largest spa and wellness facility on the East Coast, so trust us when we say their lineup of offerings is impressive. Aside from the créme de la créme of anti-aging skincare treatments, The Carillon boasts one of the country’s largest thermal hydrotherapy circuits.
The treatment: Among the many customizable Spa Months specials, the Grand Renewal Massages ($199, 80 minutes) seem to offer the most bang for your buck. Choose from the Rejuvenating Massage, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, Tara Aromatherapy Massage or Well-Being Swedish Massage. This extended treatment also includes Day Pass access to the thermal hydrotherapy circuit, cabana pool and beach Monday through Friday. (Pool and beach access is available on weekends with a $40 Day Pass, or receive the same access by adding a $40 enhancement to your spa service.) Available daily
The spa: The treatment menu here is as luxe as it gets. There’s the 24K Gold Wrap, where you’re slathered in a golden sugar scrub and pampered for over 90 minutes with massages from head to toe. Then, get hot and unbothered in the sauna, steam room or whirlpool. With 12 treatment rooms, there’s plenty of room for massages, wellness therapies and more.
The treatment: For Spa Months, the Body Polish ($159, 30 minutes) improves skin texture and appearance with a rich body scrub that gently resurfaces your skin. After exfoliation, a vitamin-rich emulsion applied all over will leave your skin incredibly soft and luminous. Arrive at least 30 minutes early to unwind in the aromatic steam room, sauna and relaxation lounge. Treatments also include access to the lockers, valet parking and a complimentary glass of bubbly. Available Sunday through Friday
The spa: This 9,540 square-foot luxury wellness and beauty sanctuary on the fourth floor of the W South Beach features sprawling locker rooms and eucalyptus-infused limestone steam showers, an infrared sauna, beauty bar and relaxing lounge with amenities like botanical seltzers and a farm-to-table spa menu. Guests can even stream their own playlists via Bluetooth connections in every treatment room.
The treatment: The Upper Body Restorative Massage ($159, 60 minutes) uses a Theragun to target the back, neck and shoulders. Theragun is a massage tool that uses precise frequency, amplitude and torque to achieve the most effective percussive vibration therapy. Decompress the upper body through this combination of hands-on and Theragun massage, which concludes with a stress-reducing scalp massage. Treatments also include access to the spa facilities one hour before and after your treatment, a welcome drink, herbal teas and healthy snacks. You’ll also receive complimentary valet parking, a beach chair and an umbrella, subject to weather conditions. Available daily
The spa: Martha Stewart didn’t name Lapis “The Most Beautiful Spa in America” for nothing. Embark on the spa’s signature water journey featuring whirlpools, therapy showers and steam rooms designed to transform, regenerate and relax. In addition to its popular hydrotherapy treatments, Lapis offers more traditional massages and facials.
The treatment: Nourish and revitalize stressed, depleted skin with the Radiance Revival Facial with CBD Scalp Massage ($159, 50 minutes). Infused with organic goji berry extract, vitamins and deeply hydrating botanicals, this comforting facial is ideal for skin stressed by environmental aggressors, travel or seasonal change, delivering instant softness, glow and protection. Finish with a CBD scalp massage (age 18 and older) so you can leave Lapis on a cloud. Treatments also include access to Fontainebleau’s famous poolscape and lounge chairs. Beach access is included, but beach chairs and umbrellas are an additional fee. Available daily
