South Florida’s fitness crowd is getting the ultimate group class.

District Fit, the annual wellness festival at Related Ross's CityPlace, returns for its ninth year April 7-11, this time as an expanded takeover packed with free classes, panels and high-energy programming across the downtown hub and Hilton West Palm Beach.

What started as a single-day event has grown into Palm Beach County’s largest wellness festival, reflecting the region’s growing appetite for all things fitness and longevity. And in 2026, the schedule (and the muscles) are bigger than ever.

The main event comes on Saturday, when more than 15 complimentary classes take over the neighborhood, pairing top-tier instructors with live DJs for a workout-meets-party vibe. Major fitness brands like Equinox, TRX and Lululemon will be in attendance, alongside buzzy concepts like HYROX and Sweat 440. The day ends with a live DJ finale for attendees from 5:30-7pm.

Beyond the workouts, District Fit leans hard into the “wellness festival” label. A central activation called Restore Row will transform CityPlace’s esplanade into a corridor of interactive pop-ups, where attendees can test recovery tech from Hyperice, grab wellness shots from Pura Vida and refuel with samples, stretching sessions and hydration stations.

There is also family-friendly programming, with Warrior Family Fit (led by Systema Floyd) putting parents and kids side-by-side on ninja obstacle courses and other playful family challenges.

For attendees looking for luxe, a Perigold-designed VIP lounge offers a calm home base with curated wellness activations from Higher Order and plush seating for between sets. And invite-only panels and conversations featuring leaders across fitness and wellness will dig into topics like longevity and the future of the industry.

“The response over the past few years has been incredible and inspired us to expand District Fit into a multi-day experience as we continue strengthening our focus on health and wellness in the community,” said Eileen Sturgis, director of marketing at Related Ross, in a statement. “As wellness takes center stage globally, District Fit brings together innovators, leading brands, and dynamic cultural experiences in the heart of CityPlace—reinforcing its role as West Palm Beach’s premier gathering place.”

General admission is free with an RSVP, while VIP tickets cost $100. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit The Path at The Park, which focuses on expanding local access to health and wellness resources.
