The day-to-night destination features creative cocktails and decadent bites plus and an eclectic calendar of musical offerings.

A new music-led, day-to-night cocktail destination is set to open in Wynwood next month, with an approach designed to capture the vibrant, artistic pulse of the neighborhood.
On Friday, June 5, Upside will officially open its doors at 59 NW 28th Street. It's a perfect fit for this culturally-driven neighborhood, with bold visual elements, multidimensional lighting and a dynamic layout crafted to seamlessly transition guests from laid-back daytime gatherings into high-energy, late-night social moments.
At the core of the Upside experience is an inventive beverage program featuring seasonal, music-inspired cocktails. Signature drinks include She’s Salty, a low-sugar margarita riff mixing Don Julio Blanco, Grand Marnier, pamplemousse liqueur and monkfruit with a salt foam finish. Those seeking a sweeter note can indulge in Trouble in Paradise, a playful Grey Goose vodka creation garnished with a gummy bear, while Main Character Energy delivers a vibrant blend of 21 Seeds Orange, Union Mezcal and crème de banane.
The elevated cocktail offerings are paired with a shareable culinary menu crafted by Executive Chef Pablo Lamon, a fan-favorite contestant from Top Chef Season 16. Chef Lamon’s menu promises sophisticated comfort, featuring decadent bites like Braised Short Rib and Manchego Croquettes, Red Jalapeño Mac & Cheese Arancini, Whipped Ricotta “Cream Cloud” toast and Smoked Wagyu Sirloin Bites.
But it's music that's the heartbeat of Upside. The venue boasts an evolving, immersive calendar of curated listening sessions, surprise sets and late-night DJ appearances that reflect Miami’s eclectic soundscape. Beyond the beats, Upside plans to become a true neighborhood cultural hub. The venue is rolling out a robust lineup of future programming, including spirit brand cocktail collaborations, game day watch parties and art and fashion pop-ups. Plans also include activations aligned with major South Florida happenings, including the Wynwood Art Walk and the upcoming World Cup.
Upside opens on Friday, June 5 at 59 NW 28th Street. Stay up to date on Instagram @upsidewynwood or at upsidewynwood.com.
