A few months ago we let you in on the newest doughnuts coming to town, Española Way’s Happy Place Donuts. The shop not only promised to pair doughnuts with mojitos but also was to house the new Gummy World, a gummy bear-centric concept from the Sugar Factory.
Well, we’re back to tell you, much to the chagrin of your flustered dentist, that both are now officially open.
So next time you’re around Española Way, feel free to pop into Happy Place for an assortment of doughnuts, homemade pop tarts, gelato and ice cream. If you’re in more of a gummy mood, you can step into Gummy World and watch the chefs make your boutique gummy bears from scratch, available in flavors such as rosé, Champagne and peach Bellini alcohol-infused gummy bears.
How much longer do we have until we literally run out of dessert ideas? Probably not long! So enjoy!
