One of Miami Beach’s most notoriously expensive, hard-to-get-into restaurants is finally—well, sort of—accessible. Besides being one of a handful of fine-dining restaurants in Miami to jump on the delivery and pick-up bandwagon, Prime 112 is now selling its dry-aged steaks and premium seafood products at wholesale prices for diners to cook at home.
The day’s assortment is posted daily on Instagram and it’s first-come, first-served for quality cuts, such as filets and rib-eye steaks. Quantities, of course, are very limited, and orders must be picked up. Meats come individually wrapped for easy freezing, too. The restaurant’s popular cooked sides, desserts and extensive wine selection are also up for grabs, in case you want to go the semi-homemade route for diner.
Social-distancing won’t last forever but, if you play your cards right, you could be enjoying Prime 112 steaks long after this pandemic is over.
