The tournament is officially coming to Miami in January of 2027!

The excitement of international soccer will continue to heat up in Miami after this year's World Cup. FIFA has officially announced that Miami will host the final phase of the 2027 FIFA Women’s Champions Cup. The decision was revealed at the 76th FIFA Congress in Vancouver on Tuesday, cementing Miami’s status as a premier global hub for the sport.
This tournament also represents a major step in FIFA’s commitment to elevating the women’s club game, providing a high-stakes stage for the most dominant teams on the planet.
The FIFA Women’s Champions Cup is an elite annual tournament that gathers the top six women’s club teams in the world. Qualification is strictly merit-based; each participating club must win the championship of its respective continental confederation, including UEFA (Europe), CONCACAF (North and Central America) and CONMEBOL (South America). This specific format is designed to be played in years when the larger, 16-team Women’s Club World Cup is not scheduled, ensuring that the momentum of women's professional soccer remains constant.
The final phase of the 2027 edition is scheduled to run from January 27 to January 31, 2027. This window will include the semifinals, a third-place playoff and the championship final.
While the exact venue within the city is still being finalized, Miami offers world-class facilities. Speculation points toward the iconic Hard Rock Stadium or the brand-new Nu Stadium at Miami Freedom Park. As the permanent home of Inter Miami CF, Nu Stadium offers a state-of-the-art, 26,700-seat environment perfect for the intensity of a global final.
While official tickets are not yet on sale, fans are encouraged to act early due to the expected high demand. You can register your interest through the official FIFA portal to receive updates on ticket releases and hospitality packages.
