Communication is key to the success of any relationship. Talking, texting and calling get the job done on a regular day, but conveying a heartfelt message demands a different method. This month, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) wants to help you make a statement with #FoundLoveInMiami, a social-media contest whose winner gets to plaster a romantic (we hope) message on a massive billboard along I-95 and receives a two-night stay at a Miami hotel and dinner for two.

Be prepared to pour your heart out on Instagram, as publicly sharing your story and tagging the campaign is required to enter. The contest coincides with GMCVB’s Miami Romance Month, when 50 local restaurants, hotels and attractions offer discounts on activities designed to make sparks fly. If the billboard seems a little outdated in the days of ecards and emotive GIFs, consider the hours you spend stuck in Miami traffic. Sometimes pragmatism can be romantic.
