Craving a luxury steak when kitchens are closed? Prime After Dark has you covered.

When most kitchens power down, Prime After Dark is just getting started. The delivery-only concept is officially open, serving Miami and Miami Beach from 8pm through 5am. Prime After Dark brings an opulent, steakhouse-level experience to right to your door, so you don't have to compromise when it comes to late night dining.
In a city where nights stretch into mornings and dinner reservations often blur into after-parties, late-night food has long meant settling. Founders Dennis Arakelian and Jordan Culpepper, whose résumés include heavyweights like TAO Group Hospitality and Groot Hospitality, saw the gap and built something specifically for it. This is not second-rate takeout. It’s USDA Prime cuts, Wagyu, seafood towers and truffle-laced pastas, all designed to travel well and arrive intact.
Prime After Dark puts plenty of focus on logistics, packaging dishes in temperature-controlled, compartmentalized boxes that keep hot food hot, cold food cold and textures just as they should be. Steaks are rested and sliced before delivery, sauces are separated and crisp elements stay crisp. It’s a detail-driven approach that mirrors the care of a traditional dining room, but it's for your dining room.
The menu covers both comfort and indulgence. You can keep it low-key with a late-night pasta or sliders, or go big with caviar service and Japanese Wagyu. The appropriately-named “Luxe Boxes” are a Prime After Dark signature. These large-format boxes can be shared between 2 to 4 people and feature premium offerings like a Sammich Sampler Box featuring the Wagyu Meatball, French dip, Millionaire BLT and Chicken Parm; a Wagyu Box with all cuts of Wagyu, mashed potatoes, grilled broccoli and mushrooms; Nug + Pearlz Box featuring prime tenders, bravas, crème fraiche, champagne mustard and osetra caviar; and The Golden Case which will rotate between 24 carat gold-crusted Wagyu tomahawks, lobster, whole live crab and other super-premium items.
“Some nights call for restraint. Others call for excess,” said Culpepper. “We wanted a menu that makes room for both. You can order a great pasta and fries or go all out with wagyu, caviar and one of our Luxe Boxes. The choice is yours—even at 2am.”
Pricing follows that same flexibility. Entry points hover around $15, while the high-end packages push into the $500 range. And all customers receive the same level of exceptional service, with a dedicated VIP phone number for questions, direct ordering or special requests
