Miami’s weekday dining routine is about to get a serious glow-up—and it’s happening right on the water.
Daniel’s, which was recently named one of the top 10 steakhouses in North America by World’s Best 101 Steak Restaurants (and the highest-ranked in Florida), is launching its first-ever pop-up at Palm Tree Club Miami. The limited-run takeover kicks off in late January 2026 and will run Monday through Friday for lunch and dinner.
If you’re unfamiliar, Daniel’s has built a reputation for doing steakhouse classics with a bit of very-Florida flair. Now, that A-list pedigree will land at Palm Tree Club, a North Bay Village destination known for its DJs and sunset views, along with a vibrant, scene-y crowd.
During the pop-up, Daniel’s will fully take over weekday food service, featuring a menu that blends some of their signature dishes with new bites created specifically for the Palm Tree Club setting. Members of Daniel’s culinary team will be on site to keep things tight and some offerings will also nod to Gioia Hospitality’s D’s Sports Bar.
Menu highlights include the Maine lobster roll, Palm Tree Burger, French dip sandwich, miso black cod, chicken nuggets topped with caviar, prime and wagyu steaks and sushi and ceviche dishes. The wine and cocktail program, curated with Daniel’s beverage director, Daniel Bishop, will lean into lighter, coastal pairings, which makes sense when you’re dining a few feet from the bay.
“We’re excited to welcome Daniel’s to Palm Tree Club Miami,” said Myles Shear, co-founder of Palm Tree Crew. “Their approach to food and hospitality aligns perfectly with what we’re building here. This pop-up lets us elevate the weekday experience with a thoughtful, chef-driven menu in a relaxed waterfront setting that brings together great food, energy, and community in North Bay Village.
For Daniel’s, the pop-up marks another step in its regional expansion, building on the success of its Coral Gables flagship and its Michelin-recognized Fort Lauderdale location. For Miami diners, it’s a rare chance to experience one of North America’s top steakhouses in a laid-back, sun-soaked setting, no white tablecloth required.
