Miami is about to experience the future of urban transportation. ALSO, the highly anticipated micromobility startup that recently spun out from electric vehicle pioneer Rivian, is officially launching its flagship TM-B e-bike in the Magic City. To celebrate, the company is hosting a series of community "Test Spin" events across Miami, kicking off in the Little River neighborhood.

On May 31st, from noon to 4pm, the ALSO team will be set up at Cindy Lou’s Cookies (complete with custom cookies for the day) to give locals a firsthand look at what they call "Transcendent Mobility."

The TM-B is not your average e-bike. It's a software-defined vehicle built around a highly versatile, modular platform. Without using any tools, the TM-B can quickly transform from a sleek, single-seat commuter into a heavy-duty cargo hauler, a kid carrier or a relaxed weekend cruiser. Equally unique is its proprietary pedaling system, which features intuitive pedal amplification and acceleration that must be ridden to be truly understood. Designed to accommodate riders from 4’11” to 6’8”, the bike adapts perfectly to almost any individual.

Here's what you need to know about the Test Spins. ALSO recommends setting aside one hour for the full experience, and be sure to RSVP in advance. During your Test Spin slot, you will:

  • Get Fitted: Chat with a lab tech to dial in your exact frame fit and setup
  • Explore Features: Get to know the TM-B’s engineering, from modular top frames to integrated turn signals
  • Take the Ride: Experience the bike’s smooth acceleration and advanced capabilities. Because every Test Spin is an adventure, the format varies—ranging from free-roaming solo rides to curated, team-guided routes.

Riders must be 18 years or older. Helmets will be provided in a variety of sizes, though you're welcome to bring your own. If you fall in love with the TM-B, team members will be on-site to help you secure a purchase reservation on the spot.

If you can't make it to Little River, don't worry. ALSO will be rolling out additional test rides over the following weeks in Wynwood, Coral Gables, Brickell and beyond. Don't miss your chance to experience the next evolution of the e-bike.
