Every first Friday of the month, ICA Miami keeps its doors open late for a free party that invites the neighborhood in to experience an array of contemporary art and performance, from film screenings and exhibition tours to DJ sets, drag shows and more. Museum guests are also encouraged to explore after-hours activations throughout the Miami Design District, including world-class public art installations by Yona Friedman, Sol LeWitt, Urs Fischer and Buckminster Fuller, among others. This month, check out a free performance by Jamaican-born, NYC-based producer Tygapaw, known for her lit underground parties that blend dancehall, ballroom and experimental rhythms.
