The Merrick’s Way, a Far East-twist on a pisco sour with yuzu and shiso, is light and refreshing. Asian and Peruvian flavors comingle further in the starter selection, featuring vaca frita buns filled with shredded beef, sriracha, pickled cucumbers and charred scallions, and charred bok choy soup.
