Giovanni Di Palma's Atlanta pizzeria is known for its long lines and even longer list of celebrity fans (Usher texts Di Palma whenever he's in town), but at this South Beach offshoot, the buzz is really all about the pizza. The New York-bred pizzaiolo specializes in Neopolitan pies—such as the award-winning San Gennaro that's loaded with sweet peppers, sausage and fresh tomato sauce—which he's able to expedite thank to a fast-cooking oven. Your own personal pie is served piping hot under five minutes. Antico Pizza is part of Centro Storico, Di Palma's own Little Italy that also houses a chicken restaurant (Gio's Chicken) and a coffee and dessert cafe (Cafe Gio).
