The popular Coral Gables restaurant has expanded to Doral, an area quickly evolving from culinary desert to gastronomic destination thanks to, in part, restaurants like this one. All of the great things diners have come to love about Bulla—a big, commanding space, authentic tapas menu and quality service—have made the trek out west too. But don’t be so quick to stay put, as this location is one of the few restaurants in the country to have a Josper oven, a fancy grill/oven combo in which they’re able to make all sorts of tasty rice dishes in record time.
