Argentine chef Mariano Araya resumes his tenure as one of Doral's most notable chefs with namesake restaurant Casa Mariano. The Middle Eastern/Argentine menu combines Araya's heritage with his 20-plus years of experience in the kitchen. Diners can expect a smattering of done-up Latin American classics, like short rib empanadas and house-made sausage, and a slew of pasta plates to choose from. Seafood and meat categories will be well represented across the menu—think lobster thermidor, black ink seafood risotto, grilled veal chop and a 14-ounce prime ribeye. All steaks will include the option of a house-made sauce, including chimichurri, peppercorn, truffle, bearnaise or bordelaise.
