You wouldn’t expect this humble Midtown bakery to churn out the multitiered cakes and ornate confections you see plastered all over social media, but it certainly does. It’s pure magic what’s happening within the tiny spot helmed by two pastry-loving twin brothers. Beyond the ’grammable sweets they’re known for, Dbakers also whips up more expected baked goods such as croissants filled with goat cheese and strawberry jam, cupcakes in an array of flavors and macarons both large and small. It’s more of a to-go situation (it’s a small shop) but whether you’re toting the treats home yourself or having them delivered, trust that the delicate packaging measures up to what’s inside.
