Crowds swarm the cafecito window at this West Miami Cuban restaurant as soon as the temperature dips below 60 degrees. The reason they’re not huddling indoors is the thick, gooey hot chocolate served outside on the patio with a side of sugary, fried churros. It’s available by the gallon to go, though part of the fun is shivering through a tall Styrofoam cup of the chocolatey drink.
