Can’t afford an Argentinean getaway? Hitch a ride to the Delano where you’ll find the next best thing in the form of Leynia, the hotel’s poolside restaurant. Once there, load your plate with grilled meats, which are both flown in from South America (it’s also hormone-free) and made to order on an outdoor grill shipped from Argentina. The presentation is as much a focus as authenticity, with several dishes finished off tableside. The real showstopper during a meal at Leynia is the lemon champagne sorbet, made on a roaming hand-painted bicycle that’s been equipped with a workstation and dry ice.
