From James Beard Award-nominated chef Niven Patel (Ghee Indian Kitchen) comes this island-inspired restaurant in Coral Gables. It’s named for a tropical fruit but its influences span the globe with dishes that capture the flavors of French Polynesia, Thailand, Cuba and beyond. As is true of all Patel’s endeavors, Mamey features locally grown produce, most of which is sourced from Rancho Patel in Homestead, Florida.
