Founder Ola Kayal leads by example with her plant-based ice cream shop in Wynwood. Launched as an extension of her own sustainable practices, the plastic-free shop follows a zero-waste ethos where customers are encouraged to bring their own containers with discounts and all serveware is biodegradable. She’s crafted 18 different flavors that are free of refined ingredients, GMOs, gluten and dairy. Several of the vegan and organic favorites include the chocolate almond butter brownie and the less decadent tropical papaya. Not into what’s in store?
