Blink and you’ll miss this small, fast-casual spot in Wynwood that serves Japanese-inspired bowls in a variety of styles and flavors. Chef Amir Anvari (formerly of high-end sushi restaurant Makoto) is behind the two-part menu that features signature creations and a do-it-yourself option for diners. If you trust him—which you should—you’ll go for the ’Ono tuna, a mix of sushi-grade fish, pickled cucumber, jalapeño and wasabi aioli over rice.
