Discover the magic of Antilia at Time Out Market, where chef Miguel Massens takes diners on a culinary journey through the Caribbean with a four-course, prix-fixe meal priced at $55. Pull up a chair at the six-seat Demo Kitchen tasting counter and watch as the chef prepares each dish, providing insight into his nuanced cuisine and plating before your eyes. Dinners take place every Tuesday and Wednesday through July, with two nightly seatings at 7pm and 9pm. An optional wine pairing is available for an additional $29. Though, if we’re being honest, it’s more of a requirement than an option.
