This down-home barbecue spot has turned into somewhat of a hipster hangout; even artsy types can’t resist their traditional Southern-style cooking. You’ll find tender smoked meats in just about every dish, including the deviled eggs topped with pulled pork, the mac and cheese with pulled rib meat and the BBQ nachos, covered in your choice of chicken or (more) pork. Check your healthy habits at the door here and, instead, save room for a side of grilled corn with queso fresco, a cold craft beer and a helping of peach cobbler topped with a scoop of bourbon vanilla ice cream.
