Proof Burger Pop-Up

The burger many Miamians pine for is also the one we can’t have every time we’re craving it. Only available sporadically and in limited quantities, Proof’s double-patty perfection will now be sold weekly at the Taurus (formerly known as Taurus Beer & Whiskey House). Starting Wednesday, July 1, the limited-time pop-up (end date is TBA) serves up burgers on their own ($16) or as part of a combo with fries and a can of PBR ($18). Meals can be enjoyed at Taurus or taking to go, but both require advance reservations (305-529-6523) to secure. Few burgers are worth making an appointment to eat, but Proof’s is certainly one of them.
